Step-by-Step Usage Guide

1. Menu Navigation: On the left menu bar, select the School Data (Data Sekolah) menu, click Extracurricular (Ekstrakurikuler), and then select Extracurricular Schedule (Jadwal Ekstrakurikuler).

2. Add New Schedule: Click the Add symbol (green color) to start creating a new schedule.

3. Fill the Schedule Form: Complete all fields in the provided entry form, including the Extracurricular, Room, Start Time, and End Time columns.

4. Save Schedule: Once all data is correctly filled in, click the Save (Simpan) button. (Note: You can repeat steps 2-4 multiple times for different days or times until all schedules are completely set up before moving on to the attendance process).

5. Open Attendance Menu: To begin recording student attendance, click the Detail button on the schedule box you just created.

6. Add Meeting Session: Click the Add Meeting Session (Tambah Sesi Pertemuan) button located in the top right corner.

7. Fill the Meeting Form: Enter the meeting data such as Date, Subject, and Time, then click Save (Simpan) and click OK on the pop-up notification.

8. Fill the Attendance List: The system will display a list of students participating in the activity. Take attendance by selecting the status in the Attendance column (Present / Excused / Sick / Absent) for each student.

9. Save Attendance Data: Once all students' attendance is filled, click the Save Attendance (Simpan Absen) button at the bottom, then click OK on the pop-up that appears.

10. Download Report: To save the attendance data to your device, click the EXCEL button (green color) and open the downloaded file.
